Finding calm in 10 minutes
When your mind feels scattered, you do not need a perfect plan. You need a short reset.
Try this 10-minute routine:
- Sit somewhere quiet and set a timer for 10 minutes.
- Take 5 slow breaths and unclench your jaw and shoulders.
- Name 3 things you can see and 3 things you can hear.
- Ask: “What is one small next step I can take today?”
- Write that step down and do it immediately after the timer ends.
Consistency matters more than intensity. A short daily pause can make the rest of the day easier.
